Energy-efficient baking processes at ÖLZ der Meisterbäcker

Together with the NETZER GROUP, ÖLZ der Meisterbäcker is setting new standards in baking technology. The innovative recovery of waste heat from the baking processes leads to 100% energy recovery and significantly reduces gas consumption.

This corresponds to a CO2 reduction of 245 tons per year, which is equivalent to the consumption of 141 households. Through these measures, ÖLZ der Meisterbäcker and the NETZER GROUP are making a significant contribution to climate neutrality and the circular economy.
