Solution finding

The first step is to take stock and formulate objectives. What facilities are there? What is their condition? Where are the systems located on the company premises? etc. Topics such as future energy orientation, a possible expansion of operations and greater reliability play a role in the customer's objectives. The NETZER GROUP starts planning with all this information from different perspectives.

Implementation

A rough concept for the task is drawn up with a stage plan and rough cost estimate. Project planning then begins with the detailed system design and the neutral invitation to tender to the system manufacturers who deliver the prefabricated, turnkey modules. This is followed by commissioning, final inspection, handover, customer training and project completion. The plant is up and running.

Support in the company

From the start of the project and the implementation phase through to system operation - the NETZER GROUP is a competent partner. After commissioning, the first year is all about continuous system optimization. To this end, the NETZER GROUP generates parameters from ongoing operation, which are evaluated using functional analysis. From this, optimization proposals are developed and continuously checked by the NETZER GROUP.
