Description
Integration of a new ISO8 cleanroom into a historic building dating back to 1945. The use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) optimized the construction process and guaranteed cost-efficient and on-time completion. The result: an efficient, safe and sustainable cleanroom that was immediately ready for use.

Special features
When integrating new cleanrooms into old buildings, unforeseeable problems can arise that affect deadlines and costs. The complex task required a great deal of flexibility and extensive know-how. All trades were integrated and qualified to match the infrastructure of the old building.
