Description
ÖLZ der Meisterbäckers sets new standards in the production of baked goods such as plaited bread and toast. The NETZER GROUP was responsible for the complete planning of the building technology, including the clean room, and successfully completed the implementation during ongoing operations through to commissioning.

Special features
One of the key requirements was to almost completely recover the energy generated during the baking process in the interests of the circular economy and climate neutrality. This leads to a significant reduction in the use of gas and thus to a reduction of the equivalent of 245 tons of CO2 per year - a result that is roughly equivalent to the gas consumption of 141 households.
