Heating and cooling are provided by 7,000 m² of concrete core activation
and 800 m² heating/cooling ceiling.
Ventilation is provided via linear vortex diffusers and slot diffusers.

The entire execution of the construction project, from planning and construction to handover, was a major challenge for the entire project team.
It was only thanks to the team's close cooperation, including the client's quick and efficient decisions, that the schedule could be met without compromising the quality of any of the trades.
