The new cleanroom for APM Technica AG was equipped with state-of-the-art technology to ensure stable ISO 7 conditions. The system features a 30-air-change-per-hour rate, precise temperature and humidity control, and a coordinated pressure cascade from the cleanroom through the airlocks to the surrounding environment. Air distribution is provided by a distribution cylinder in the suspended ceiling, while adiabatic humidification, a heat pump, and a rotary heat exchanger reduce energy consumption.

Automation is controlled via Evon XAMControl, a compressed air supply is provided, and all safety requirements—including explosion-proof documentation and TÜV certification—have been met.

Responsibility:
general contractor
Implementation time:
(Planning + implementation) 8 months
room area:

1 cleanroom measuring 151 m², constructed as a hall-in-hall
structure within an
existing warehouse. Personnel and
material airlocks were integrated. The
system provides a 30-fold air change rate,
precise temperature and humidity control
as well as a coordinated pressure cascade from the
cleanroom through the airlocks into the
surrounding environment, thereby ensuring stable
ISO-7 conditions for an efficient and
reliable production environment.
