Maximum cleanroom expansion successfully completed in the existing building without interrupting operations!

The NETZER GROUP has constructed a 151 m² ISO 7 cleanroom for APM Technica AG, a specialist in adhesive and surface technology, at its Pürgen site. The cleanroom was implemented as a “hall-within-a-hall” structure within an existing building, including personnel and material airlocks, and the project was carried out without interrupting ongoing operations. Despite complex conditions such as low ceiling heights, uneven floors, and existing electrical systems, the project was completed on schedule within eight months.

As the general contractor, the NETZER GROUP coordinated all aspects of the project—from steel construction and ventilation systems to the fitting out of the airlock—thereby maximizing production capacity for APM Technica AG.

Implementation time:
(Planning + implementation) 8 months
room area:

1 cleanroom measuring 151 m², constructed as a hall-in-hall
structure within an
existing warehouse. Personnel and
material airlocks were integrated. The
system provides a 30-fold air change rate,
precise temperature and humidity control
as well as a coordinated pressure cascade from the
cleanroom through the airlocks into the
surrounding environment, thereby ensuring stable
ISO-7 conditions for an efficient and
reliable production environment.
