Description
CCL Label is one of the world's leading companies in the packaging industry and offers a wide range of label solutions. At its Dornbirn site, the company specializes in the production of shrink sleeve labels. The new office and production areas cover 13,000 square meters. The NETZER GROUP was commissioned as general contractor for this project, namely for the planning and coordination of the entire building technology and for the implementation of the accompanying measurement and control technology.

Special features
The NETZER GROUP has developed a smart exhaust air management system for CCL Label GmbH in the gravure printing process. Printing shrink sleeves produces concentrated exhaust air, which is efficiently cleaned with this system and the heat recovered is directly reused. Less concentrated exhaust air, for example from water-based printing inks, is collected, compressed and incinerated in an environmentally friendly way in a special system.
