The NETZER GROUP constructed a 151 m² ISO7 clean room at its Pürgen site in Germany as a hall-in-hall construction within an existing warehouse. Personnel and material airlocks were also installed. The project served to expand production capacity and ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency. The project was completed within eight months, while operations in the existing hall continued without interruption.

Otto Wohlgenannt GmbH from Dornbirn has invested heavily in a new five-storey extension. This includes a large small parts warehouse, a new repair and assembly area, test stand, washing hall and an administration wing with canteen and function room. The globally active engineering company NETZER GROUP from the Vorarlberg region was commissioned to provide engineering services and represent the client in the field of networked building technology and measurement and control technology.

The implementation of two cleanrooms at the new location of the Vessel Management Center (VMC) in Ravensburg-Schmalegg, operated by Grieshaber GmbH, once again offered the NETZER GROUP the opportunity to demonstrate its expertise in cleanroom and cleanroom technology. The functioning of cleanrooms is similar to that of cleanrooms, as humidity, temperature and particle count must also be monitored regularly.

CCL Label is one of the world's leading companies in the packaging industry and offers a wide range of label solutions. At its Dornbirn site, the company specializes in the production of shrink sleeve labels. The new office and production areas cover 13,000 square meters. The NETZER GROUP was commissioned as general contractor for this project, namely for the planning and coordination of the entire building technology and for the implementation of the accompanying measurement and control technology.

Construction time: 12 months (order to turnkey handover)

Weidmann Medical Technology AG needed an ISO8 cleanroom with an area of 800 m² for the production of diagnostic products at its Mexican site in Saltillo. The realization of this project was challenging, as the time frame was tight and the tasks as general contractor were extensive.

Project: Integration of a modern ISO8 cleanroom + complete infrastructure into an existing building from 1945

Construction time: Construction time approx. 1 year (2021 - 2022)

Integration of a new ISO8 cleanroom into a historic building dating back to 1945. The use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) optimized the construction process and guaranteed cost-efficient and on-time completion. The result: an efficient, safe and sustainable cleanroom that was immediately ready for use.

Project: Product extension, clean room baking line 14 & 15

Construction time: 3.5 years from planning to start of production

ÖLZ der Meisterbäckers sets new standards in the production of baked goods such as plaited bread and toast. The NETZER GROUP was responsible for the complete planning of the building technology, including the clean room, and successfully completed the implementation during ongoing operations through to commissioning.

Construction time: 2017

Internationally active family company for the manufacture of cranes for various applications. The new hall will be used for switch cabinet construction. The hall is heated and cooled via component activation. A brine/water heat pump with a geothermal probe system serves as the heat and cooling generator.

Due to the company's continued success, Flatz needs to improve its own infrastructure. By building a new logistics center with a fully automated high-bay warehouse 4, the company sets new standards in flexibility, speed and delivery service.

Traditional company for the production of soups and salad dressings from Salzburg. Deep-frying and drying processes with thermal oil. Heat supply almost exclusively via waste heat from the production processes. Adsorption chiller is operated with waste heat, the chiller with recooler and free cooling function.

The clean room with class ISO 6 material and personnel airlock, material pass-throughs was integrated into Plant II on a turnkey basis. Compact design, positioning of the technology on the cleanroom ceiling, 100% integration of all required media into the existing building

Construction time: 2017-2018

The clean room with class ISO 5 / ISO 8 was integrated into the existing building. Planning, preparation of a specification sheet, tendering and implementation as general contractor with all-inclusive prices.

Project: New Weiler furniture building

Construction time: 2014-2015

Heating and cooling are provided by 7,000 m² of concrete core activation and 800 m² heating/cooling ceiling. Ventilation is provided via linear vortex diffusers and slot diffusers.

Construction time: 2016-2017

STARK Spannsysteme GmbH develops and produces zero-point clamping systems, which are mainly used in the field of mechanical production (CNC machines), handling and assembly technology. The new building comprises a production area of approx. 2000 m² and an administration area of approx. 600 m².

Project: Adaptation of ventilation

Construction period: 1st construction phase 2017 - 2nd construction phase 2018

The company 11er Nahrungsmittel GmbH replaced all of the air conditioning systems in its production facilities. At the same time, 1 MW of heating energy was decoupled from the chillers as an energy-saving measure.

Ivoclar Vivadent Manufacturing GmbH in Bürs is a subsidiary of Ivoclar Vivadent AG in Schaan/FL and specializes in the manufacture of dental equipment used both in dental practices and by dental technicians in dental laboratories.

Fein-Brennerei Prinz in Hörbranz is renovating its entire company headquarters in Ziegelbachstrasse, with the first construction phase consisting of the construction of an office wing. The office wing is conditioned via an area discharge system and a mechanical ventilation system.

The 4th floor of the Raiffeisenlandesbank in Bregenz has been completely renovated. The premises have been brought up to date in terms of heating, cooling and ventilation technology.
